Janet holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Davidson College, a master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Georgetown University, and post-graduate certificates in DEI from Cornell University and Yale University.

Jay Sharma

Strategy and Operations Lead
Jay Sharma is a proud alumna of Columbia University's Social-Organizational Psychology program and a former Vice President of the Organization and Human Development Consulting team.

She is a change leader and inclusion advocate with a deep commitment to servant leadership. As a Senior Manager at PwC, Jay led adoption strategy for multiple large-scale transformations, empowering clients to adopt a more human-centered approach to change. Over the years, she has also contributed to numerous internal and external DEIB initiatives, establishing herself as a strong advocate for inclusion and belonging for her global teams.

Jay’s expertise spans a range of organizations, including the United Nations, Verizon, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, and the NeuroLeadership Institute, where she served as a rising leader in change, culture, and transformation.

Certified in Leading AI Adoption and Brain-Based Coaching, Jay brings a human-first lens to solving complex organizational challenges. She is passionate about building environments where people feel seen, heard, and empowered—values that deeply align with the underlying mission of this podcast.
