Valeria Lassiter

Valeria Lassiter is a strategist, advisor, and executive coach who helps mission-driven organizations grow. As Founder and CEO of Lassiter & Associates, LLC, she works with leaders to improve performance and build strong cultures. With a background in corporate philanthropy and public affairs, she provides expert analysis and planning. An adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University, she has trained over 2,000 nonprofit executives and is a thought leader and author on leadership and change. Her board service includes the NEA Foundation and East Carolina University Foundation. She holds degrees from East Carolina University, Colgate Rochester Divinity School, and Babson College.

Tom Moore

Tom Moore is a senior fellow at the Center for American Progress, focusing on democracy and government reform. From 2015 to 2023, he served as counsel and chief of staff to Federal Election Commissioner Ellen L. Weintraub, where he co-devised a legal strategy that broke a decade-long FEC enforcement deadlock. Moore has a diverse background, having worked as a political reporter for CNN, a litigator for Latham & Watkins, and a two-term Rockville City Council member. He is a graduate of Davidson College and Georgetown Law.

Dr. Allison Schlobohm

Dr. Allison Schlobohm is a clinical associate professor of management and corporate communication at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. She equips leaders with the skills to lead diverse, inclusive organizations and build strong professional relationships. Dr. Schlobohm is also an independent consultant, providing communication coaching and facilitating workshops. Her research and teaching focus on leadership, power, and privilege in corporate environments.

Andrea Mohamed

Andrea Mohamed is a recognized thought leader in workforce development with over two decades of experience driving organizational growth and systemic change. As COO and Co-founder of QuantumBloom, she creates environments where early-career women in STEM can thrive. At RTI International, she served as VP of Strategy, Innovation, Marketing and Communications, leading growth strategies that increased revenue from $400M to $750M. Her expertise on women in semiconductors has been featured in Newsweek and IEEE Spectrum. She holds degrees from Northern Michigan University and Duke University.
